Portsmouth Black History Group

We designed and built the website for Portsmouth Black History Group, creating a digital platform that helps celebrate, preserve and share the city’s rich and diverse Black heritage. The site includes a dedicated events calendar for upcoming activities, alongside a growing archive of past events, making it easy for visitors to explore both what’s happening now and what has come before. A key feature is the archive itself, which allows the organisation to showcase stories, articles, photos and historical material - with built-in functionality for the community to contribute their own content and help expand the collection over time. Palmer, Riley & Co

After initially being appointed to design and build a new website for Hampshire accountancy firm Palmer, Riley & Co, Mondo’s first project was in fact to devise a new logo. The new logo needed to bring the business up-to-date but also maintain the proud 80+ years history of the business. It would also be the starting point and lead our design of the website. With limited photography options available and wanting to avoid the use of staged library photos, Mondo took the bold colours and graphical element from the logo and introduced them into the design of the website. Dazzle Business Support

Dazzle Business Support are another start-up business that Mondo have helped. Our projects for them range from helping with their company strapline and logo design to producing their business stationery. Mondo have also built the Dazzle website which showcases all of their services. With limited photography options available and wanting to avoid the use of staged library photos, Mondo took the bright and bold colours from the logo (a Mondo design!) and introduced them into the design of the website. Pure Scooters

Pure Scooters is an exciting new start-up company that Mondo has been supporting since day one. With big aims of being the number one electric scooter retailer in Europe, the first thing they needed was a strong brand identity. Mondo created the Pure Scooters logo and a set of brand guidelines covering complementary fonts, colours and the tone of voice to be used in all communications. A website banner and series of infographics in the brand style were also created to help illustrate the benefits of electric scooters and also the best practice for their safe use. Mondo were proud to be asked to work on the branding and a new website for Quayside Digital. Mondo had previously partnered with the experts in online growth on a number of joint projects. The logo needed to look professional, modern and trustworthy but also convey the friendly and approachable nature that clients can expect to receive. On beginning a logo design project we try to find out as much information about the client and their brand personality so that we can bring this out in any brand concept.
